As A Project Manager I you will be working on the planning andexecution of the assigned projects from order through final sign off after fullscope of supply delivery, with the supervision of a senior PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES Listed in order of relevance: - Reportproject progresses from order to final sign off. Take care of budgeting, planningactivities and priorities, trigger invoicing, organize project meetings (kick-off,progress and close-out) and testing activities. - Create andmanage project schedules, change orders, understand contractual &commercial terms and it’s driven to deliver on time and within budget; - Update ERPsystem with project activities, status and dates, in order to support revenueforecasting, milestones invoicing, resources loading forecasting and material procurementand manufacturing; - Communicatewith sub-vendors, including monitoring their deliverables and supplies in adherencewith the PO (time and scope); QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree isrequired (BSc or MSc) in Industrial, Economics and Business Engineering or BusinessManagement / Economics are preferred.
- Experience in projectmanagement or related field is desirable, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
- Minimal customerinteraction experience is a plus.
- Project Managementcertification is welcome. SKILLS - Proactive and drivenfor results. - Basic knowledge ofmethods and processes associated with operations and implementation of project execution.
- Knowledge in usingMicrosoft Office applications, Microsoft Project is welcome.
- Aptitude to leverageinternal and external resources to keep projects on track.
- Effective communicationand negotiation skills.
- Fluent level of Italian C1-C2 required,
