Role Overview :
As the Integration Team Lead (TL), your responsibilities will include assembling and integrating all our hardware (HW) products. This pivotal role entails full accountability for all company product-related activities. We seek an individual who is a quick thinker, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team: Manage and develop a team of production technicians, ensuring effective team management and fostering their growth.
- Hands-On Management: Mentor and oversee the team to consistently meet performance and quality standards.
- Assembly Expertise: Lead the assembly of mechanical and electrical components to build systems based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Implement and enhance testing and troubleshooting procedures.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise records of production data, testing results, and assembly reports.
- Production Ownership: Execute and take full ownership of the production plan.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality control, logistics, planning, labs, and R&D to streamline assembly processes.
- Process Improvements: Recommend process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organized Production Floor: Ensure a clean and organized production floor.
- Customer Support: Provide site support and assist customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous managerial experience in a similar role is essential.
- Practical electronics engineering background with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience similar role in High Tech companies.
- Proficiency in system testing and card integration to sub-assembly.
- Ability to interpret drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving experience
- Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines.
- High level of English, spoken and written.
- ERP experience – NS, Priority an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multi-tasking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lean Manufacturing Experience/Understanding OR Six Sigma Certification – an advantage
