Lead the end-to-end development of differential, including concept development, technical specification, integration, validation EDU sub-systems, and release.
Own the system-level architecture and ensure alignment with application requirements and internal product roadmaps.
Act as the technical and program interface to OEMs and Tier 1s, ensuring that system performance, NVH, cost targets are met.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including design, simulation, testing, prototyping, manufacturing engineering
Define and execute project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
Support business development teams in customer engagements and technical presentations.
Mentor engineers and contribute to building a sustainable engineering capability within the organization.

Master’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Minimum range of 5 to 10 years of experience in system engineering or product development for EDU subsystems, differentials, or similar drivetrain systems.
Proven track record in leading complex cross-functional projects within an OEM or Tier 1 environment.
Solid understanding of drivetrain architectures, NVH, and durability requirements.
Experience with simulation-driven development, system validation, and APQP processes.
International work experience or collaboration with multi-site engineering teams.
Familiarity with validation tools and test planning (e.g. durability test cycles, NVH testing).
Fluency in both English and German is required to effectively communicate in our multinational environment and with diverse stakeholders. Chinese language skills would be considered an advantage.
