As our L&D Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and administering global learning and development programs. You'll be the linchpin in ensuring seamless delivery of training initiatives across multiple time zones and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global training programs, managing enrollments, logistics, and participant engagement
- Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule training and track completions
- Provide exceptional customer care by managing employee queries through our ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support learning projects and initiatives
- Continuously improve processes and create knowledge resources to enhance efficiency
