What You Will Do- Develop partnerships in specific areas and/or cities to help restaurants find new business lines while defining their strategy regarding delivery.
- Identify key restaurants to partner with to enrich the selection on Uber Eats and coordinate with account managers for the best onboarding and launch.
- Create and implement a portfolio optimization strategy to address all delivery needs of users in your area.
- Develop partnership proposals to maximize value for our partners and Uber Eats.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the area and cities to identify further development opportunities for Uber Eats.
- Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product.
Basic Qualifications- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, or consulting.
- Sharp negotiation, pre-sales, and analytical skills.
- Hunter mindset with creative solutions to engage partners and driven by commercial challenges.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, able to work with minimal oversight, and adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
- Passion for Uber and driven to be at the forefront of a fast-growing brand.
- Empathy and a strong advocate for Uber's users and community experience.
Preferred Qualifications- A bachelor's or master's degree.
- Flexibility to travel across the country to meet restaurant accounts.
- Team player who contributes to a collaborative work environment and continuously improves processes on behalf of users.
- Fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills in Portuguese and English.
