Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience working in roles such as collections, cash operations, customer service, claims processing, consultative business, account management, or performance solutions.

Experience in developing customer partnerships.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to drive operational excellence in an operations organization.
Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems across cross-functional teams.
Ability to solve problems in complex situations with minimal guidance.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
