Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects
Practices configuration management and version control

You're the right fit if:
You have experience as Administrative, accountant, financial analyst, or similar roles workin with install, configure, test, maintain and or support hardware and software solutions
You speak Intermediate to Advanced English
You have a strong communication and influencing skills
Availability to travel within Mexico in order for the processes to be carried out at the client
You have project management methodology knowledge
Good practices for documentation and BPM (Business Process Modeling) skills
You have strong control over audiences and user training
You have the ability to work under pressure and some stress situation
You have the knowledge about NOM’s and regulatory standards for México (Preferred)
