This role primarily involves the design of progressive drawing dies and transfer dies for products such as motor housings and iron covers.

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for die strip layout design and 3D/2D die design;

2.Responsible for die trial runs and follow-up on issues;

3.Responsible for achieving SER (Sample Evaluation Report) approval for dies, and communicating subsequent production issues with relevant departments.

Requirements:

1.Associate degree/Diploma or higher in Die Design, Mechanical Design, or a related field;

2.Minimum 5 years of experience in stamping die design; proficient in drawing die design with strong capabilities in data analysis for die problems and problem-solving;

3.Experience in die design for the motor industry is preferred;

4.Experience in designing dies for motor iron housings, iron covers, and thick-gauge materials is preferred;

5.Familiar with stamping die design, machining, trial runs, and related product experience;

6.Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred;

7.Excellent English reading and writing skills, with strong oral communication (listening/speaking) abilities.
