How will you make an impact?

• Lead the global ALM team in driving Agile best practices, managing backlogs and sprints, and facilitating key ceremonies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ALM and R&D stakeholders across NICE business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, align priorities, and guide technical discussions.
• Own the governance and optimization of critical cloud-based ALM tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, Veracode, SonarQube, Docker, Monitaur , and more.
• Continuously identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, championing process improvement and innovation.
• Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and team empowerment.

Have you got what it takes?

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar Agile leadership role in a technical environment.
• Proven success in managing Agile delivery and leading technical projects end to end.
• Deep knowledge of Jira Cloud architecture and ecosystem (Hands-on expertise – advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and modern software development tools.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Hebrew , both written and spoken.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in product management or strategic business analysis roles.
• Background in global enterprise environments, working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile principles.
