We are currently hiring a Legal Manager for ourpractice. We offer highly competitive remuneration and benefits, international level training, and rich professional experience. You will join an international and local team of high powered, enthusiastic, and committed auditors and tax professionals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with other EY departments to deliver comprehensive legal service to clients
• Manage day-to-day activities of EY Law
• Conduct legal research on Mongolian laws and regulations, and prepare legal advice to clients
• Represent clients before Mongolian authorities
• Prepare various legal documents, including contacts and internal corporate documents

Minimum requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law and Mongolian BAR Association certificate
2. Ability to deliver, manage and adhere to legal service projects in line with deadlines and work under pressure and on multiple tasks
3. 3-5 years of legal experience in legal firm
4. Proficient written and oral communication skillsinboth English and Mongolian
