Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably focusing on application development / modernization solutions
- Proficient in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.
- Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of application modernization solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the value proposition of compilation technologies, communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
