Minimum Qualifications
- • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a directly relevant discipline
- • 4-7 years of Test Automation experience, in a field requiring a deep understanding of complex and integrated systems.
- • Direct experience in IT, UAT, or PVT building and implementing test automation strategy, processes, methodology, and tooling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience performing manual and automated testing with various frameworks and tools like Java, Python, AI/ML, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, CI/CD, etc.
- Extensive IT, UAT, and/or PVT testing experience within an e-commerce or contact center landscape
- Communicates with clarity, both written and verbally.
- Experience with transactional commerce systems such as SAP (S4 preferred)
- Excels at seeing around corners, identifying potential areas of concern, having a proper sense of urgency, and can rally teams to review and mitigate risks in a program.
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with partner teams and be seen as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Demonstrates good facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Is an outstanding team player, is detail oriented, quality-focused, and has deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits a genuine passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), in both a Waterfall and Agile development landscape..
- PMP or Project Manager Certifications a plus
