What you'll do

Duration: 6 month + possible prolongation

Project Management Associate

In this role, you will learn about a variety of topics including support process, decision making at leadership level, and advanced project management. The role requires a candidate interested in a 80-100% (36-40hr) week.

Core tasks include:

• Capturing project or leadership meeting outcomes and reminding participants of their contributions and deadlines
• Mapping, drafting, designing,… relevant processes as foundation for stakeholder alignment and decision making
• Preparing presentation or virtual workshop materials for hands-on exchanges, working sessions, or senior management updates
• Tracking deliverables or monitoring performance on specific topics
• Identifying relevant stakeholders or connected efforts through research projects
