Support Cybersecurity & Data Infrastructure Portfolio Companies with Product Marketing

  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio companies’ customers, use cases, value propositions, market landscape, and competition to drive customer engagement.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies grounded in market research and data analysis.
  • Create impactful content that effectively communicates value to customers, including blurbs, one-pagers, sales decks, design partner offerings, and landing pages.
  • Manage portfolio companies’ go-to-market and launch plans, collaborating with external agencies (branding, PR, and digital marketing).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Strategy & Tech Research, Marketing, Business Development, and external agencies, to refine positioning, enhance competitive differentiation, shape content strategy, integrate customer feedback, and support go-to-market efforts.

Define, Develop & Execute Team8 Enterprise Marketing Strategy

  • Work closely with Team8 Enterprise Partners to develop thought leadership content and stay ahead of industry trends in cybersecurity and data.
  • Strategically build and enhance the Team8 brand in the data domain.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within cybersecurity companies, with a strong focus on technical audiences.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity—a must. Strong understanding of the industry, including product branding, positioning, and content creation for CISO buyers.
  • Domain knowledge in data infrastructure—a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, content creation, and in-product campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in brand building and developing thought leadership programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptionally strong writing skills, with a passion for copy-editing across all marketing collateral types.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency—mandatory (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
