What a typical day looks like:

• Lead and organize AE and technicians for production support./ 领导和组织助理工程师和技术人员支持生产。
• Improve the process yield, productivity andUPH/提高工艺相关的良率、生产率和UPH。
• Achieve target of headcount reduction and cost saving./ 实现精简人员和节约成本的目标
• Deal with process and customer documentation./ 处理流程和客户文件问题。
• Evaluate and solve the outstanding productionproblems/评估和解决突出的生产问题
• DFMimplementation/DFM的执行与分析
• Develop process flow for new product/开发新产品的工艺流程
• Stencil & fixture design andfabrication/钢网和夹具的设计与制作
• Prepare document for PFMEA, flowchart, WI & OI/准备 PFMEA、流程图、WI 和 OI 文件

• Bachelor degree or above/本科及以上学历
• Solving the complex problems occurred in productionline/有能力解决生产线中出现的复杂问题
• Extremely familiar with process engineering flow/非常熟悉工艺流程
• Strong ability in organizing team member/要有较强的团队组织能力
• Awareness of DFM/了解DFM
• Good command of both written and oral English/良好的书面和口头英语能力
• Experiences in PCBA coating, selective wave soldering and washing arepreferred/有PCBA涂覆、选择性波峰焊、清洗经验者优先
• 3-5 years’ SMT process engineer workingexperience/3-5年的SMT工艺工程师经验
