Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales Team, support sales activities and update recurring daily, monthly and quarterly reports

  • Document and regularly update sales systems procedures

  • Assist with data entry, accuracy and cleanliness

  • Support sales performance tracking and report achievement status regularly.

  • Monitor Sales Incentive Plan implementation, communicate with sales team about SIP policy and rules.

  • work on regular reports including but not limited to design win, forecast, SIP achievement.

  • Ad-hoc tasks and reports assigned by supervisor

  • Perform a wide range of administrative, logistical, special project and general office related duties, including some assistant related work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Computer Science

  • Strong Microsoft Office applications experience, preferably Excel

  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Meet deadlines and prioritize multiple requests

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Mobile/telecom/semiconductor/accounting experience preferred, but not required

  • Sales force/Price management system experience preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Mandarin)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
