Perform candidate generation, customer management, prioritize time in an extremely fast-paced environment and provide fantastic customer service.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute proactive market research, referral generation with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion recruitment initiatives.
Develops a network to ensure constant pipelining of qualified candidates for roles that evolve out of succession planning exercise.
Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to Executive recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of Nokia.
Work closely with Nokia's Leadership team and People Partners to forecast and determine open positions, conduct strategy calls to understand position requirements and candidate success profiles.
Develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the world of working at Nokia.
Capture talent market insights and data to influence hiring decisions.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through innovative search techniques.
Enthusiastically recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement.
Maintain accurate track of all candidates, searches, hiring managers' interactions, and other recruiting activities and accurately utilize ATS according to standards.
Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the company's long-range growth, implementing new processes, fine-tuning standard processes, and staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.

You have:
Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience in Talent Attraction, specifically Sourcing for leadership roles.
Advanced experience sourcing for executive-level candidates in an agency or corporate recruitment environment.
Experience pipelining candidates for strategic leadership requisitions.
Well organized to manage and prioritize multiple searches at the Executive level.
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to track candidates, source for leads and create reports, metrics and analysis.
Experience using a variety of research tools combined with a systematic, organized approach to execute research projects.
Strong experience with sourcing techniques, including social platforms, Boolean search strings.
Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions from multiple functions across the organization.
Experience working in a Telecom/ IT industry.
Technically savvy and hungry to continue learning; positive attitude; team player.
Ability to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand the specific role requirements and clearly understand labour market availability.
Ability to build effective relationships.
