What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and lead the objectives, scope, and success criteria of business transformation projects.

• Embed NVIDIA AI technology into solution definitions wherever possible.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

• Coordinate and lead the execution of project tasks by internal and external resources.

• Supervise and report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management and project sponsors.

• Ensure quality and compliance of project work and deliver value to the business.

• Facilitate organizational change and team member engagement activities to support the adoption and sustainability key initiatives.

• Evaluate and detail the outcomes and lessons learned from each project and share standard processes.

What We Need to See:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge in AI/ML, GenAI, Predictive intelligence solutions and proven experience in leading projects/ programs

• Experience in evaluating newer AI technologies for solving Supply chain problems

• Demonstrable experience in supply chain business process implementations, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, new product introduction and business analytics in high-tech industry.

• 10+ years of proven experience in Supply chain process and technologies

• Proven track record of delivering complex and multi-functional projects on time, on budget, and on scope.

• Solid understanding and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of leadership within the organization; drive consensus regarding new solutions, policies and procedures and make independent decisions

• Must have worked in high value global tech supply chain environment

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an asset
