In this role, you will impact the success of our projects, driving efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to define and execute project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency.

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

• Oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, and investment decisions to align with business objectives.

• Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance within your department.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, including at least 1 proyect in leadership or managerial role icnlouding PMI and Agile Methodologies.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.

• Proven success in meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Availability to travel 10% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.

• Demonstrated success in driving project management and strategic initiatives.

• Strong project portfolio management skills.

• A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
