KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and support for serviceoperations

• Conduct training sessions for service technicians andcustomers

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in atechnical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field serviceengineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevanttechnologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technicalconcepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
