Supplier Quality Engineer Project Lead IGT Systems

Develop and deliver the Supplier Quality strategy in the business.You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures for regulated products/processes, including the high-quality performance of suppliers.

This role will drive CAPA, SCAR, and continuous improvement of product and process quality for purchased parts.

You’re responsible for

• Implements supplier quality solutions for the assignedbusiness,manufacturing site or suppliers

• Execute programsto enable the organization’sshort and long-termobjectives

• Deploysupplier quality strategy in line with supply management and business strategy.

• Deployquality aspects in the Supplier Selection process

• Ensure that the supplier partners related risks (quality; delivery; cost) are controlled and mitigated

• Deploy and follow up on the Supplier Quality Related KPI’s towards the suppliers and SQE’s

• Successfully integrates across multiple product lines and businesses

• Thorough knowledge of the business areas supported including their strategies, goals, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics

• Fosters excellent cross-functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectives

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering and/or business discipline or similar experience;

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in professional engineering

• Experience with requirements management tools

• Experience in driving design changes for quality improvements

• Familiarity with Medical Development regulations as in FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14791, The Medical Device Directive, Safety as in EN60601-1 and EMC as in EN60601-1-2 and subordinate regulations.
