Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation in the loan process.
• Responsible for independently processing and closing loans within a complex loan operationsenvironment.
• Engaging in requesting and processing FX trades to support loan bookings.
• Responsible for ensuring all BAU activity is completed within accepted guidelines & controls
• Acting as both maker and checker in BAU process.
• Managing processing within highly demanding timelines
• Maintain or exceed key performance identifiers at or above published expectations
• Partner with Financial Controls, Treasury and Technology to ensure accurate P&L Reporting
• Provide feedback to desk and management of any potential issues within the Lending Operations unit
• Identify process or procedural improvements within the Lending group with both internal and external partners to create efficiencies
• Assist in UAT testing of new enhancements and new system implementation. Acting as a partner able to provide expectations, processing needs and expected structure/flow to developers.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience
• General knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process
• Demonstrate understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services
• General awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation
• Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
• Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes
• Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policies
