Job Area:

Operations Group, Operations Group > Operations

Manage overall operations of Test floor/labs and oversee successful execution of activities. Ensure high availability (uptime) of different pieces of equipment. Carry out supervisory role to a group of technicians to ensure testfloor and labs are appropriately supported. Work closely with counterparts from other regions for alignment and implementation of common tools and procedures.

• Responsible for management, coordination, and monitoring of labs activities.

• Manage maintenance of equipment and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Provide technical support where necessary.

• Implement and monitor KPIs.

• Drive improvement in the performance, productivity, and efficiency of all operational processes.

• Manage space allocation and installation of equipment

• Prepare and control operational budgets.

• Purchase materials and manage inventory.

• Generate specifications and procedures for different operational processes.

• Establish work schedules. Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of staff.

• Ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Implement 5S system

Additional request

At least 3 years experience as operations manager or similar role

• Good English communication skills in both written and oral.

• With Semicon production experience

• Hands-on experience in Automated Test Equipment and peripherals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant operations experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant operations experience with 2+ of those years involving leadership experience.
