As a PSD Associate within the PSD Middle Office Team, you will focus on post-close monitoring and management of the Export & Agency Finance portfolio, assisting with deal execution, seamless client engagement, and ensuring adherence to transactional control conditions to minimize operational risk.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, diarise and keep a tracker of all financial covenants,
- Be responsible for reimbursement billings. Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure seamless settlement of legal and vendor fees
- Support the Deal Closers during the implementation phase by creating amortisation schedules and covenant trackers based on the information stated in the loan agreements and handoff forms
- Monitor the group mailbox and update the the repayment schedules accordingly
- Refer to the Global product specific Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) and appropriate annex(es)
- Provide periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure any identified changes in policy and procedures are communicated to appropriate support areas and appropriately noted in applicable Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) and Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”).
- Diarise for receipt and arrange for collection and storage of all transaction documents. Adhering to the bank’s policies with regard storage of soft and paper copy documents
Serve as a point of escalation to ensure timely resolution of issues
Support projects for process improvements to deliver global consistency, scalability and minimize manual touchpoints.
Manage dashboards and metrics to demonstrate a high quality of support with clear and consistent statistics.

- Practical knowledge of the EAF product would be an advantage as would understanding/experience of structured transactions.
- Strongknowledge of loan structures is advisable.
