NICE is looking for a Divisional Organizational Development (OD) Manager to build and lead cutting-edge programs, solutions and practices around culture and competencies, leadership and people management, organizational development, change management, top talent development and talent management in our largest division – CX.
How will you make an impact?
- Exploring, designing, developing, and executing organizational development (OD) programs that are aligned with the CX division’s strategy.
- Designing and executing leadership programs, succession planning, and leadership development tools.
- Creating and implementing programs and initiatives that support talent management and employee development.
- Partnering with leaders, HRBPs, and key stakeholders to identify and address divisional development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
- Continuously managing the annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, planning initiatives, content development, vendor and budget management, and process improvement.
- Developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives.
- Leading divisional performance management programs and initiatives.
Have you got what it takes?
- 7 + years of experience in OD in companies with best-in-class HR practices, preferably in global software companies
- Experience in rolling out end-to-end programs around change management, values, leadership development, top talents and succession plans
- Proficiency in content creation for learning sessions, and in designing organizational development processes, with the ability to lead from ideation to execution
- Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships and driving multiple focal points across levels, units and geographies
- Ability to solve challenges creatively by utilizing data to diagnose and interpret needs analyses and translate the findings into actionable plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Science or related field. A master's degree is preferred
