As a Translator in the Audit team, you will support document translation from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.

This role is based in center of excellence in Karachi, Rapid Innovations.

Your key responsibilities

You will convert written documents, such as financial statements, proposals, feasibility studies and government documents, from one language to another while maintaining the precise meaning of the original text. Translators may specialize in a particular language or in a particular field of work such as law, finance, accounting, or audit.

You will study source text to understand the meaning and convert it into another language to convey the original meaning, spirit and feeling, using dictionaries and other sources to determine meanings of words and phrases and to establish their closest equivalent in the target language.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's degree in English Language or Translation
• 2+ years of professional experience in a translator role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access
• Fine command of Arabic grammar

• Formal certificate of translation from local governing body
