As an HR Business Advisor, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex HR issues and driving strategic initiatives within the organization
Job Responsibilities
- Support people agenda initiatives and advising on human capital matters
- Assist with organizational changes and compensation processes
- Facilitate performance and talent management, including succession planning and promotions
- Engage in feedback processes and employee development
- Provide frontline support for HR risk and controls
- Manage HR projects and cross-LOB initiatives
- Analyze data to drive HR process improvements and efficiencies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4-9 years of Human Resource experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Understanding of German labor law
- Knowledge of people practices in a business setting
- Project management abilities and process improvement skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to navigate a global matrix organization
- Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills
- Proven coaching skills and risk mitigation experience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

- Advanced degree desired
- Previous HR Business Advisor experience preferred
