Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.) or in system design
- 6 years of experience with 2 or more of the following: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.
- 6 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently for this customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with any public cloud (GCP) services and infrastructure.
- Experience in kernel debugging, performance analysis of containerized systems, and debugging complex workload issues across, multi-node environments.
- Understanding of basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.).
