Specific Responsibilities
- Leading, managing, mentoring and motivating small teams in a fast paced and demanding environment by utilizing strong interpersonal skills. Being able to align resources and seek buy-in from internal cross functional stakeholders.
- Driving EY go-to-market strategies as well as managing simultaneous projects and engagement teams including support of initial client sales, problem disaggregation and planning, and development of final deliverables.
- Developing frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations through the analysis of client business processes and data from multiple sources that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges by framing the results in a cohesive strategy and articulating recommendations and insights to executive management.
- Influencing peers in other functional areas (e.g., finance, asset management, procurement etc.) and across consulting teams to deliver best in class projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of EY resources.
- Producing insights and analyses to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the P&L.
- As a supply chain management expert, utilize consultative and data driven approach that ensures knowledge sharing, coaching and training across other consulting functional teams to maximize the performance of clients’
Ideal Background and Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is a plus.

Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Supply Chain modules of ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
