WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Associate Product Managers take a role in managing the product backlog. Your PM skills and technical knowledge will strengthen as you delve into product issues, interact with customers to clarify their needs and work with support, development and documentation to deliver solutions.
- You will work with product managers to deliver significant enhancements (requirements gathering and analysis, customer feedback sessions, development and release activities). You will own your own features, and those features will increase in complexity as you progress.
- Developing modern cloud software is about working with people, so you will be constantly connecting with others across the organization (UX, development, QA, platform, marketing, sales, strategy, documentation, services, support, other application product teams) as you help drive product improvements to completion.

- Talent Acquisition - Recruiting and Onboarding -Work on our recruiting and onboarding solutions to deliver a world-class experience through embedded engagement and automation to streamline every step of the talent acquisition process guiding a new employee to get up to speed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
- Strong analytical ability
- Learns quickly in a dynamic environment
- Preferably, 2+ years of consulting, IT, software development, HRIS or software product management experience
- Experience with enterprise applications a plus
- Flexible and can adapt to change
- Can communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise way
- A background or interest in HCM SaaS (Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, etc..)
