The Full Suite-Genesis Data Quality Analyst will be part of Finance COO - Finance Data Organization.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Perform daily trend analysis of Operational Matching exception reports
• Review Operational Matching exceptions (SGL orphans) and investigate root cause of new exception.
• Identify both tactical and strategic remediation to resolve Operational Matching exceptions (SGL orphans)
• Execute tactical data remediation of data quality issues in Full Suite in adherence to existing governance and controls framework
• Identify appropriate strategic remediation of data quality issues
• Perform end-to-end requirements management and end-to-end testing of Full Suite change requests as it relates to strategic remediation of data quality issues
• Raise IMR (Issue Management Resolution) form where identified as the strategic remediation path, and monitor delivery of such
• Manage and address data quality queries/issues on Full Suite-Genesis production data through proper acknowledgement and timely feedback to data users
• Conduct second-level investigation on medium to complex data quality queries/issues on Full Suite-Genesis production data and propose resolution path (both tactical and strategic)
• Escalate timely to appropriate resolver groups, e.g. technology teams, if data investigation requires expertise outside of the team, and follow through accordingly

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Self-starter, quick learner, customer-focused with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently in a fast paced changing environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High caliber team player with good judgment, flexibility and productivity with good track record in establishing partnership and team work
• Excellent written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills – must be able to present and influence across organization level and functions
• High proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
