在国内网络团队工作，与亚太/全球网络团队合作管理花旗中国网络，包括但不限于：

• 分析业务需求，提出网络解决方案，并在必要时制定项目计划。
• 在网络团队中做为当地协调员，支持和协助亚太团队执行网络项目，并针对本地需求提供建议。
• 协助亚太/全球团队处理网络故障，确保网络运行稳定。
• 与业务部门保持紧密合作关系，解决与网络相关的问题，确保业务流畅进行。
• 监督管理对中国有影响的网络变更。
• 规划并满足监管提出的网络相关规定。
• 负责更新网络相关文档和系统，并进行网络资产管理和库存更新。

所需资格和技能

• 计算机科学或工程相关大学学士学位，至少5年基于Cisco网络系统的实际工作经验，具有大型网络架构设计、实施经验的候选人优先。

• 熟悉常用网络和安全产品，例如 Cisco、Arista、Palo Alto、F5、Checkpoint 等。
• 具有面向 Internet 的网络经验者优先。
• 具备优秀的分析和诊断技能，能够快速解决网络问题。
• 具有合规性和信息安全意思，确保网络运行符合相关法规和标准。
• 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，能够向非技术背景的用户传达技术概念。
• 良好的书面和口头英语技能。
• 具备团队合作精神，勤奋、自我激励，对工作高度负责。
• 拥有网络相关认证，例如 CCNP、CCIE、F5-CTS、Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE、Palo Alto PCNSE等
• 熟悉网络路由/交换协议、NAT、DHCP/DNS/NTP、CDN/DDoS、代理、防火墙/DMZ/IDS/IPS 概念等。

Work in in-country network team. Work with regional/global network team to manage Citi China network, including but not limited to:

• Analyze business requirement, raise network solution. Create project plan of network if necessary.
• Support and assist regional team on network project implementation as local coordinator, raise valuable advice on local specific requirement.
• Support and assist regional team on network incident handling.
• Good partner with business, support them to resolve network related problems.
• Oversight network changes impacting China.
• Fulfill network-related provisions required by regulatory requirements.
• Network documentation submission and system update.
• Network asset maintenance and inventory update.

Qualification & Skill required

• Cisco based network system knowledge and practical working experience, 5+ years working experience.
• Experience in handling complex network projects, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience with network & security products, such as Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint, etc.
• Experience with Internet facing network is preferred.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
• Strong communication skill, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Good sense on compliance and information security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English skill in written and verbal.
• Teamwork and hardworking, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, F5-CTS, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, Palo Alto PCNSE) are highly desirable.
• Knowledgeable on network routing/switching protocols, NAT, DHCP/DNS/NTP, CDN/DDoS, Proxy, firewall/DMZ/IDS/IPS concept etc.
• Working experience in financial/banking industry relevant hands-on position, or IT network industry-leading System Integrator is preferred.

Education:

• Computer science or engineering related university degree and above.
