Lead cross-functional new process teams in driving yield improvement, cost optimization and meeting customer expectations.
Collaborating with R&D during the product development stage to define and develop PFMEA. Take proactive measures to identify and prevent manufacturing & quality issues during MPV & production ramp.
Proactively explore opportunities for yield and product margin improvement, enhanced quality and cost savings.
Perform product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts and tools to identify areas for improvement and effectively resolve any issues related to new products.
Test development for electrical characterization.
Qualifications:
BSc, MSc or PhD in Engineering (Electronics)
Candidates with more than 8 years working experience and a strong background in new product engineering and/or test development background will be considered. The ability to interpret electronic circuit diagram and strong understanding of RF electronic components will be added advantage.
Self-motivated, self-starter, result-oriented and a team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, & communication skills. Able to work with minimum supervision & multitasking in a fast paced environment.
Experience with ADS, JMP, Python, project management & machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, pyTorch, Scikit-learn will be added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools.
Positive attitude and excellent communications skills in English.
