Monitor and Manage budget/spending balance of GIS, CAR/SC/SOW/PO, etc.
Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders (GCAB, site manager, etc.) in user departments to deliver excellent IT services with good communication
Lead and manage vendor to provide professional IT support for daily operation and local or global project execution
Work with global team members for global project implementation as well as IT troubleshooting
Support GIS Business Partner for IT operation process standardization, SOP documentation, etc.
IT asset management methodology and Life Circle Management controlling
IT operation ticket/task management as well as data analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
More than 10 years of IT operation experience with increased responsibilities
Very good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a dynamic, global company
Experience in presenting to larger audience both in Japanese and English
Ability to travel to other locations within and outside of Japan
