Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive inambiguousandrapidly-changingstartup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are very welcome.
  • Experience in project management, leadership, dependency management, technicaland cross-group collaboration skills with a proventrack recordof managing complex projects with many partners.
  • Demonstrated experience across the entire product lifecycle – from competitive research, ideation, user centered design, specification,architectureand theknow-howrequired

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $132,800 - CAD $247,200 per year.

  • Partner collaboratively with the groups throughout Microsoft Teams to understand their business goals, user needs, and collect requirements and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas.
  • improvementoptions, data analysis,present proposals for change,requirements definition, and delivery of capabilities.
  • Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across desktop, mobile and web.
