Your role:

  • Monitor and Analyze KPI Metrics: Ensure service performance meets established standards through detailed reporting and analysis.

  • Back-office Operations Management: Provide critical support to streamline administrative processes and enhance team efficiency.

  • Proactive Follow-Up Coordination: Maintain continuity across tasks, ensuring timely updates and effective resolution of issues.

  • Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Track and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) through actionable feedback and service adjustments.


You're the right fit if:

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. your graduation date must be July 2025 or later.

  • Possess intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrate strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

  • Excel in communication, showcasing clarity, professionalism, and collaboration abilities.
