As a member of the People Consulting team, focused on the Human Capital value chain and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support and improve businesses through their various types of transformation. This could include work such as the design and implementation of operating models and organisational structures, improvement of process efficiency, management of people risks, total reward review, design and implementation, support of change efforts to help organisations successfully transition to their desired future state, and advising organisations on a range of challenges that are associated with a merger, acquisition, divestiture and/or carve-out.
