KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage India-based Product Security Architects and provide guidance and support in their roles.
• Direct staff
• Conduct meaningful performance reviews
• Champion strategic Product Security initiatives
• Create development plans
• Track skillsets and approve training requests
• Provide mentorship, expertise and direction to junior security architects and product team members
• Provide metrics and briefings to Product Security leadership and other executive leaders
• Interview and hire qualified candidates

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in a cyber security leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent experience1

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP are highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
