- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the life science and cloud technology industries. Deep knowledge of BioPharma R&D, including R&D IT systems landscape, data flow and data management. Strong understanding of cloud computing, data management, and life science research workflows. Deep understanding of Bio Pharma Market, including Cell and Gene Therapies, Biologics, Large Molecule Development, etc.
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience interfacing with customers (Enterprise, SMB, and Startups) and ability to convert customer requirements to high level architecture solutions to build on
- Deep understanding of cloud and data in life science R&D
- Familiarity with AWS or other major cloud platforms
- Understanding of bioinformatics, genomics, GenAi, AI/ML or other life science research disciplines
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
- Advanced degree in a Life Science relevant field preferred
