Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy Development: Craft briefs with clear marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance drivers (KPDs) across paid/ owned/ earned advertising channels to deliver business results, closely working with internal marketing stakeholders and agency partners
  • Advertising Budget Setting: Lead in the setting of budget for each ATL, digital media & ecommerce channel on the analysis of the minimum/maximum marketing investment budget for category and product investment
  • Campaign Execution: Lead in the execution of integrated media, ecommerce & CRM campaigns by selecting appropriate channels and creatives for target consumer
  • Performance Management: Lead to set, manage and optimize integrated media, ecommerce and CRM activities towards achieving marketing objectives
  • Pure-player ecommerce: Drive campaign management and optimizations in-app advertising tools and features (e.g., Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Search, store banners) to maximize GMV especially during mega sale events (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, brand day sales).
  • Livestream and Live Commerce Management: Work with different partners and stakeholders to manage planning, execution and optimization of live commerce campaigns on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
  • Project Management: Set weekly progress with media agency, CRM agency and internal marketing stakeholders
  • People Management: Partner, brief and manage key agencies to ensure productivity and efficiencies to deliver quality outputs

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required

  • Proven working experience in ATL, digital media and/or CRM with min. 5 years of experience in tech/ electronics/ CPG Marketer or Advertising from a media agency is required

  • Good knowledge and experience with measurement tools, web analytic tools, and 3rd party ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, etc.)

  • Deep understanding and proven expertise in pure-player ecommerce platforms to drive on-site advertising strategy, identify trends, and optimize product listings for better performance.

  • Hands-on experience in livestream and live commerce campaign management, including on-platform selling features and performance analytics

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

  • High degree of attention to detail and well-organized

  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work with minimum supervision

  • Must be willing to work fully on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig
