The candidate is required to coordinate and handle Trade Finance product for Riyadh location including import/Export/Collection/Guarantee/Financing and Loan Processing on behalf of local client/ FIs. There is a requirement to engage with External Corporate Clients, External Financial Institutes, Legal Dept, Risk Dept, Trade Sales, to negotiate and agree upon an acceptable Guarantee / LC text.
You will work with partnership with senior management of Trade & Working Capital Operations who provides end-to-end product coverage for international trade products, including client servicing, document support and product servicing and billing with a scalable support structure that allows for high-volume through-put.
As a Client Service Analyst in Trade & Working Capital, you need to manage different components of workload, client services and other internal and external reporting on daily basis ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls. Incumbent need to work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks and efficiencies to be implemented on the unit.
Job Responsibilities
- To investigate, analyze and resolve customer enquiries/requirements.
- Monitoring of transactions to ensure it is completed.
- To adhere to all established work and escalation processes.
- To escalate all exceptional processes and maintain their audit trials for record purposes Prepare weekly and monthly metrics
- Strict adherence to all relevant Process and Procedures.
- To investigate, analyze and resolve complex customer enquiries/requirements to provide required solutions in the operating environment.
- To ensure that all Customer Enquiries allocated to them are handled in a timely and accurate manner, exercising sound judgement based upon knowledge and experience, always.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Up to 2 years of Trade Finance experience/ Banking Operations and Client Service together with up-to-date knowledge of current market practice along with any University Degree.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills – in is essential. Arabic Language skills would be in advantage
- An understanding of Trade Finance Operations business.
- Knowledge of the International Chamber of Commerce Rules and Regulations governing trade finance products: ISP 98 / URDG / UCP600
- The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance, and regulatory policies
