Responsibilities:

  • Perform cash management operations such as execution of local payment transactions (MC/DD/CCPP issuance, salary disbursement, EFT and RTGS) by complying with standard operating procedure.

  • Coordinate with the regional team for payment’s related projects.

  • Monitoring of EFT and maintaining necessary system setup to facilitate EFT and Payroll through BEFTN.

  • Performing Callbacks for various Manual Payment Processing transactions and other relevant docs for the units of cash management operations.

  • Closely working with the product and electronic banking team to deliver payable solution to clients.

  • Assist in project and system testing by coordinating with regional teams.

  • Ensure adequate measures to combat fraud and forgery and compliance to AML guidelines to avoid losses.

  • Getting involved in various process reengineering initiatives. Reporting the requirements to the system support and liaising with local & regional product for necessary approvals for required enhancement.

  • Regular monitoring of transactions, checking regular transactional docs and ensuring all the requirements are in place and discrepancies (if any) are rectified if found.

  • Being complaint and maintaining readiness to any sudden audits.

  • Preparing various data for internal management reporting & regulatory reporting.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
