You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'llwork out of our Brazil location. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, thesatisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization.

• Provide technical expertise and support forForge Connectivity customers in the Latin America region
• Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successfulimplementation and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implementsolutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatoryrequirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accreditedinstitution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering,mathematics
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering,with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

• Desired experience in advanced engineeringdegrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering), etc.
• Desired experience in supporting Forge Connectivity customers
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
