Primary Responsibilities
Account Management
- Reconcile Book of Work for each vendor
- Implement self help to allow downstream users to self-service questions
- Partner with Control, Analyst & Vendor to implement process to keep account
Client Management
- Organize meetings and manage communications for Senior Market Data Analyst focusing on status on priority tasks, projects, new products and functionality, service delivery metrics etc
- Keep key documentation update e.g. how to read a FITS Report, Contract renewals..
- Help solution client requirements regarding product offerings and articulating the demand/timelines/issues/concerns into team
Vendor Management
- Have regular contact with major vendors to discuss resolve issues, understand new product/functionality offerings, product road maps…
- Manage small vendor renewals under guidance of Senior Business Analyst

- Computer Science / Finance / Accounting background
- Self-starter with excellent attention to details
- MS Office, with a particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong personal skills are critical in order to work with many different internal teams and external vendors
- Knowledge of Market Data vendors and products, and how they are used within an LOB
- An understanding of vendor contract structure
- An understanding of product licensing and sourcing
- Business Analysis experience
