Description
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements across multiple regions and ensure full coverage of test scenario automation. Lead automation script development and the optimization of those scripts where necessary. High level of proficiency with demonstrated experience of implementing scripting solutions for repetitive tasksRecommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Bachelors or Masters or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience crafting, developing & implementing test automation frameworks/tools such as Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, PyTest, XCUI test etc.
- Excellent knowledge of QA automation methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Experience developing in Python or Java familiar with databases, SQL and scripting languages.
- Experience handling multiple automation journeys across companies and testing phases from Integration Testing or/and end to end User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience designing, developing & implementation of test automation frameworks for large integrated systems cutting across multiple tech stacks.
- Proven foundation in computer science, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, refactoring and test automation.
- Working knowledge of SAP.

- Strong level of customer focus and attention to details.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence multi-functional teams and quickly establish trust and credibility.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Ability to think & implement test automation from a user’s perspective.
- Tool & tech agnostic and should be able to write code in different languages
- Preferred certifications in testing, programming languages, test automation tools and frameworks
- Quality Assurance certification (ISTQB, ASQ, etc) and/or PMI certification is highly desirable
