Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Align (Cloud or Server).
Proficiency in configuring Jira workflows, fields, permissions, and user management.
Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) for creating custom filters, reports, and dashboards.
Automation and Scripting:
Familiarity with Jira automation rules, webhooks, and scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience in implementing and maintaining Jira automation to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose automated solutions.
