As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation, gaining a deep understanding of developer needs and using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for system enhancements. You’ll collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders, including engineers, designers, game developers, researchers, and account managers, to drive initiatives that meet our partners’ needs. Additionally, you’ll champion our AI tools both internally and externally, ensuring seamless collaboration among all parties involved.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
1. OR equivalent experience
• Experience utilizing data to drive key business decisions
• Experience presenting and managing product status with senior leadership
• The ability to think creatively and critically about product features and user scenarios in the enterprise space
• Strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills
• Familiar with AI/ML concepts and technologies
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, problem-solving, design, and execution
• Experience in building new products or features from the ground up
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the game development industry and game studio workflows
• Experience deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications in Azure
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations
• Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain
• Experience with AI, LLMs, Sematic Kernel and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Explore the customer problem space and key requirements, drive the potential of generative AI to transform game development processes
• Lead envisioning and technical design with developers to build, ship and adopt AI solutions into production
• Creating product/feature specifications with visual and written designs
• Measuring and reporting on the success of the problem space through relevant metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
• Listening to internal/external partners to understand their scenarios and challenges
• Engaging with partner teams across Azure and Microsoft to drive alignment on dependencies
• Work directly with your feature teams to design and deliver innovative AI features, including technical envisioning for how Copilot will work and interact with other services and applications
• Work effectively across organizational, time zone, and geographic boundaries
• Research, contextualize, and evangelize broader solution and technology trends and opportunities to drive longer-term investments and product shifts
• Drive for quality in everything you do and continuously improve the systems on which you work
• Give and receive feedback in the spirit of continual growth and improvement
