As a Benefits and Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing wellness programs, including health screenings and mental health initiatives, while tracking and managing related expenditures.
• Assisting employees regarding benefits issues and answering employee queries about the wellness program.
• Maintaining employee-facing benefits and wellness information on the company intranet, plan documents, and country-specific Benefits Highlights sheets.
• Writing and distributing regional employee benefits and wellness communications.
• Partnering with HR Operations to develop and maintain process documentation related to program administration.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and community providers to support wellness programs.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Have relevant professional experience in administering or managing benefits and wellness programs
• Have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and track details in a dynamic environment
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills
• Be a dedicated team player, comfortable working in a matrixed organization
• Have familiarity with benefits and wellness programs in the APJ/India region
• Have good exposure in end-to-end program management on benefits and wellness activities
• Have a passion for your own personal well-being and hobbies reflecting that
