Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with product organizations and influencing product development roadmaps to align with business needs and market trends.
Experience in media planning and advertising effectiveness research, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of campaign development and measurement capabilities.
Experience leading data transformation strategies for advertisers or agencies, with the ability to drive organizational change and deliver measurable results.
Knowledge of general marketing principles, including brand marketing, online advertising solutions, MMMs, and the online media landscape.
