Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

  • Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Responsible for your own sales quota, as the primary Account Manager for a territory of accounts.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
  • Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
  • Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • You have experience in Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant type roles within the technology or software industry.
  • You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
  • You are passionate about sales.
  • You have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
  • You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • You have a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
  • You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
